Terms and Conditions

1. Promoter
The promoter(s) of this prize draw are.
1. Childhood Cancer Association, L1, 55 King William Road, North Adelaide, SA 5006
2. Stallard Meek Flightpath Architects, 65 Charles Street Norwood, SA 5067

2. Eligibility
a. Entry is open to individuals or organisations who have successfully purchased a ticket/s from the online raffle page between the open and closing dates.
b. Raffle opening date is Monday 16th June at 7pm (ACST), closing date is Sunday 22nd of June at 7pm (ACST)

3. Prize
a. There are 5 prizes in total
1. Prize 1: Fold Table Lamp, valued at $1,690 2. Prize
2: No. 18 Thonet Dining Chair, valued at $500 3. Prize
3: Tom Dixon Eclectic Royalty Candle, valued at $350 4. Prize
4: Original artwork by Lena B Art, valued at 450 5. Prize
5: Fashion Illustration by Greta Kate, valued at $200
b. The prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

4. Prize Draw
a. The prize draw will take place on Monday, June 23rd at the office of Stallard Meek Flightpath Architects, located at 65 Charles Street, Norwood SA 5067
b. The winner(s) will be selected at random from all eligible entries.

5. Winner Notification and Announcement
a. The winner will be announced on the social media channels of Stallard Meek Flightpath Architects at 7pm on Monday 23rd of June.
b. The winner will also be contacted directly via the details provided on their fundraising registration.
c. If the winner does not claim their prize within 14 days of notification, a redraw may take place at the discretion of the promoter.

6. General Conditions
a. The promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of participants.
b. The promoter reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the prize draw if circumstances beyond their control make it necessary to do so.
c. By entering the draw, participants agree to these terms and conditions.

7. Privacy
a. Personal information provided by participants will be used solely for the purpose of administering the prize draw and will not be shared with third parties without consent, except as required by law.
